My business philosophy is simply to place my Clients best interest above all others including myself. My success in the Real Estate business hinges on the diligence and ethical standards that I provide to my Clients along with the extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry. My definition of ethics is to do the right thing when no one is looking.
Education and Training
*Real Estate Associate Broker Licensure.
* Continuing Education every 2 years as required by the Real Estate Commission.
* Additional Real Estate Education with various Real Estate schools approved by the Real Estate Commission.
* Over 20 years of Real Estate transactions experience...no two transactions are the same!

* Listing and Marketing Residential Real Estate for Seller Clients.
* Buyer Agency Representation.
* Preparation of the Comparative Market Analysis for Seller and Buyer Clients.
* Experienced in negotiating offer presentations for Seller and Buyer Clients.
* Extensive knowledge of the Listing Contract, Buyer Representation Agreement, Agreement of Sale, Consumer Notice, Seller Disclosure, and various other legal document pertaining to the Listing and purchase of Real Estate.
